The Red Barn Farm offers an unforgettable summer experience for children of all ages. Our Sprout Camp introduces toddlers to the wonders of farm life through interactive activities and adorable animal encounters. For older kids, our Animal Explorers Camp provides an immersive learning journey, where they can care for rescued animals, develop leadership skills, and gain a deep appreciation for nature. Sprout Day Camp

For ages 2–4 years old
At The Red Barn Farm, we offer a specialized Toddler Day Camp that aims to provide an exceptional and immersive experience for Sprout Camp attendees. Our goal is to educate toddlers about farm life while allowing them to interact with our animals firsthand. Through various activities, children will learn about the life cycle of chickens, have the opportunity to hold and touch baby animals, and understand the basic needs of both animals and plants. As your little one engages with other toddlers in our playground area, parents can relax and enjoy a tranquil picnic in our designated picnic shelter.

Animal Explorers Farm Camp

For ages 5 -12 years old
The Red Barn Farm offers an exceptional program through our Animal Explorers summer youth camp for children 5 -12 years old, meticulously designed for young animal enthusiasts eager to delve into the fascinating world of animals. This camp provides an immersive experience with a variety of rescued animals, including rabbits, emus, chickens, mini horses, mini donkeys, cows, alpacas, and goats. Through hands-on activities and direct engagement with the animals, campers not only expand their knowledge but also take part in day-to-day care tasks. This experiential learning approach cultivates a robust understanding of animal husbandry while promoting teamwork and camaraderie among peers. By the end of the camp session, participants are well-prepared to lead their parents on an informative farm tour demonstrating everything they have learned. This transformative journey not only bolsters self-confidence but also cultivates essential leadership skills in our campers.

Junior Camp Counselors

At The Red Barn Farm, we take pride in providing a unique and educational experience for all our campers. Our Junior Camp Counselor Program allows our older campers to take on more responsibility and leadership roles, while still having a fun time! Juniors ages 13 can apply, and must complete CPR/First Aid training to volunteer for all 5 weeks of summer camp. Our Junior Camp Counselors (JCC) work under the supervision of a Camp Leader and may even be considered for a future paid summer Camp Leader position.
